To respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations you've requested, and — if you become a client — deliver the services you've engaged us for. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
We may use basic, privacy-respecting site analytics to understand which pages get read. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Scheduling and email are handled by reputable third-party providers, each governed by its own privacy policy. We choose providers carefully and share only what's needed to provide the service you've requested.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matthew@ownersidecv.com and we'll handle it directly.
